Please note: Due to increased order volume and the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, some orders may experience shipping delays.

Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Red bank NJ. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days. We ship inside United States only.

RETURN POLICY

• You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
